Standard Rate:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking amount, with the remaining amount refunded.
Limited Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Rate:
This rate offers a discounted price with the understanding that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows. In cases of extenuating circumstances, a partial credit may be offered at the hotel’s discretion.
Guests who decide to check out earlier than the confirmed check-out date will be charged for the entire stay as booked. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the stay.
Date Changes: Modifications to the booking dates can be made up to 7 days before the original check-in date without additional charges, subject to availability. Date changes requested within 7 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation terms.
Room Type Changes: Changes to the room type are subject to availability and may result in a difference in rate. Any additional charges must be paid at the time of modification.
Advance Notice Required: Group bookings (5 rooms or more) must be canceled or modified at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees for Groups:
Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the check-in date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Holiday and Event Periods: During peak seasons, festivals, or special events, the cancellation policy may differ. Guests will be informed of any special terms at the time of booking. Generally, no refunds will be provided for cancellations during these periods.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required for bookings during high-demand periods. This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
Hotel-Initiated Cancellations: In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, Bendre’s Holiday Home reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations. In such cases, guests will be offered the option of a full refund or a credit towards a future stay.
Guest-Initiated Cancellations: If guests need to cancel due to force majeure events, a full or partial refund may be granted, depending on the circumstances. Documentation may be required to support such claims.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If the payment was made via a third-party booking platform, please refer to their specific refund policies and timelines.
Reservations are non-transferable and can only be modified or canceled by the person who made the original booking.
