Bendre’s Holiday Home spans a 12-acre estate in Karla, Maharashtra — banquet, lawn, on-site stay, and a multi-sport arena, run by the same family that planted the first mango tree on the grounds in 1985.

Bendre family acquires the Karla land — original farmhouse + 4-acre lawn.

2002
Banquet hall built; first weddings hosted on the property.

Lawn expanded to 1,000-guest capacity; outdoor wedding programme launched.

On-site accommodation suites added — four suites totalling 26 beds.

Creaze multi-sport arena opens; estate becomes 3-surface destination.
